Sakura as Hokage AU

• Itachi is her faithful ANBU subordinate
• His oral mission reports are laden with innuendos, and his written reports are basically love letters
• Without fail, there’s always a steaming mug of her favorite tea on her desk when she starts the day
• He’s “conveniently” available for guard duty when she travels to other villages for political talk
• Itachi is incredibly grateful for the mask he wears, for when Sakura outmaneuvers her political opponents verbally, he bites his lip
• He likes to push her boundaries by standing close as physically possible under the guise of “guarding” before she snaps
• Itachi likes to touch. A lot. But he’s very very subtle about it. Like when handing papers to Sakura, or when guiding her through the door. Sakura’s become so paranoid about touches that she can’t tell if it’s her Hokage robes or Itachi’s deft fingers
• The Uchiha family is pleasantly surprised to find Itachi home more often and he offhandedly remarks that the Hokage is efficient in delegation and Sasuke gives his brother this look  that says “I see straight through your bullshit”
• Being a woman Hokage means Sakura puts up with a lot of misogynistic shit and OH BOY Sakura LOVES to chew ‘em up and spit ‘em out, so much so that her opponents literally quiver with fear in wake of her awesomeness. (Itachi squirms) Word keeps spreading about her effectiveness and “take-no-prisoner” attitude, and she becomes a pretty popular Hokage
• As being both powerful and beautiful, Sakura has a lot of admirers. She gets lots of presents, and sometimes it’s a guard’s duty to make sure they’re not booby-trapped
• Itachi “accidentally” loses the most expensive gifts. Oops
• Sakura takes to wearing these black high heels that make her legs look great, and likes how they make a statement
• Itachi likes walking behind her
• Oftentimes when Itachi is present in the office with Sakura, but not being addressed, he daydreams taking Sakura on about every surface in in the room. Though his most intimate fantasy is Sakura secretly harboring the very same feelings for him, and seduces him to do naughty things
• Although he seems like he’s in control, Itachi is actually quite desperate for a chance with Sakura. He often jokes that he can be her trophy husband – except he stares intently at her face.
